The Sims Veterans Car Show is one of AMCC’s most meaningful events, bringing the automotive community together to honor the men and women who served our country. Held in support of the veterans at the Clifford C. Sims State Veterans’ Nursing Home, the show gives residents an opportunity to enjoy classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, hot rods, and modern vehicles while visiting with participants and sharing stories. Many of these vehicles bring back memories of cars they once owned, drove, worked on, or admired.

For AMCC, this show is about much more than cars—it is about showing our veterans how much their service and sacrifice are appreciated. The smiles, conversations, handshakes, and memories shared throughout the day are what make this event so special. It is our opportunity to give these veterans a great day and, most importantly, simply say, “Thank you for your service.”
